The first is grease lubrication. Grease lubrication can be used for a long time without replenishment after one filling, and the structure of the sealing device is relatively simple, so it is widely used. Grease lubrication has a sealing method in which grease is pre-filled in sealed bearings, and an appropriate amount of grease is filled in the housing. Filling and supplying grease with supplementary replacement at regular intervals. In addition, for machines with multiple bearings that need to be lubricated, pipes can be connected to each lubrication point for centralized grease supply.

1. Filling amount of grease

The amount of grease filling in the shell varies with the structure and volume of the shell. Generally, it is appropriate to fill to 1/3 to 1/2 of the volume. When the filling amount is too much, the grease will deteriorate, age and soften due to heat due to stirring. Attention should be paid. But for low-speed bearings, in order to prevent the intrusion of foreign matter, it is sometimes filled to 2/3 to 1/2 of the volume.

2. Replenishment and replacement of grease

The replenishment and replacement of grease are closely related to the lubrication method. Regardless of the method used, clean grease must be used and the intrusion of external foreign matter must be prevented. Replenishing grease should try to be the same brand grease. When replenishing grease, it is especially important to ensure that the new grease does enter the bearing. In addition, when replenishing or replacing new grease, check whether the original grease is invalid or the grease contains foreign matter. If it is invalid or the grease contains foreign matter, the original grease should be removed before the clean grease Join.

The second type is oil lubrication. Oil lubrication is roughly divided into oil bath lubrication, drip lubrication, splash lubrication, circulating lubrication, jet lubrication, oil mist lubrication, and oil-air lubrication. It is suitable for high-speed Pressed Bearings and can withstand a certain degree of high temperature. It is also effective for reducing vibration and noise, and is mostly used in occasions where grease lubrication is not suitable.
